Since the 19th till the 22nd of October 2020 our company took a part in the Russian Industrial Week organized by Expocenter within the framework of which exhibitions Rusweld 2020 and Technoforum 2020 has been conducted. The trade show features equipment, technologies and materials for welding and cutting have been presented at the Rusweld 2020 exhibition.
Rusweld 2020 brings together manufacturers, suppliers and customers of welding equipment and products and aimed to support the development of the welding industry. The Technoforum exhibition is held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Russian State Duma Committee on Education and Science. The exhibition is held under auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. For the first time in the world the training solution Soldamatic for robotic welding training with FANUC robot for programmers teaching how to work with robotic welding systems has been presented at the joint booth of the Moscow City Educational Complex and College of Modern Technologies. This solution is recommended by german association of welders DVS. The lean robotics course is being developed by the manufacturer of the Soldamatic - Seabery company - in collaboration with RENA SOLUTIONS and MSTU named by Bauman.This course allows to train specialists at the running production with minumum time spent. Training solution raised curiosity of different specialists who had an opportunity to try it in work, as well as of students and teachers of educational institutions. It should be noted expecially that the President of the National Agency of the Welding Control and RAS academician Nikolay Aleshin visited the booth. He was interested in this solution for its using in the practical work of such enterprises as Rosatom. The active development of the Technoforum's business program made it possible to highlight the problems of regional development and the current tasks of industrial enterprises. In particular, On October 19, within the framework of the business program, a round table "Ecosystem of regional development" was held, which was attended by top managers and representatives of large regional business companies: CIT JSC, PJSC SIBUR Holding, PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, OK RUSAL; Representatives of leading universities: MISIS, STANKIN, SPb NRU ITMO and SPb PU Peter the Great. In the conference "Sheet processing: digital methods of increasing the efficiency of modern production" on October 20, Evgeny Suslov made a presentation on the technology of robotic hemming. Also on October 21, Evgeny Molchanov presented solutions for the processing of composite materials of our partner - Ingersoll during the conference “The Present and Future of Composites. Technologies for the production and processing of high-tech materials ”. The events were held with a large number of participants and confirmed the importance of partnerships between leading market players and suppliers of technological solutions for industry.
